1. Definitions
In these Terms: “CPL”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Cambodian Premier League Co., Ltd.; “Website” means https://cpl-cambodia.com and its related webpages, features and digital functionality operated or controlled by CPL; “User”, “you” or “your” means any person accessing or using the Website; and “Content” means text, photographs, videos, audiovisual material, graphics, statistics, databases, logos, software and other material made available through the Website.
2. Operator and Legal Status
The Website is operated by Cambodian Premier League Co., Ltd., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Website is an official digital channel of CPL. CPL may operate the Website itself or through authorized service providers.
3. Acceptance and Electronic Communication
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. Where applicable law permits, electronic notices, records and communications made through the Website or by electronic means may satisfy requirements for written communication. 4. Purpose and Sporting Authority
The Website provides information about CPL, its competitions, clubs, players, fixtures, results, standings, statistics, news, media, program, events and related services. These Terms do not amend or replace any applicable CPL competition regulations, club licensing rules, disciplinary rules, safeguarding rules, FFC, AFC or FIFA regulations, or binding decision of a competent sporting authority. Where there is an inconsistency, the applicable official regulation or decision prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Website Content and Accuracy
CPL takes reasonable care in preparing Website content but does not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. Fixtures, venues, kick-off times, competition formats, standings, statistics and other sporting information may change without prior notice. Users should verify material match, event or ticket information through the latest official CPL communication before relying upon it.
6. Acceptable Use
You must use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not: (a) breach applicable law or regulation; (b) interfere with Website security or operation; (c) introduce malware or harmful code; (d) attempt unauthorized access; (e) impersonate another person or falsely imply sponsorship or affiliation; (f) scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract Content without CPL's written permission, except where expressly permitted by law; (g) use Content to create a competing database, publication or commercial service without the necessary rights; (h) bypass technical protection measures; or (i) use the Website to harass, threaten, exploit or harm another person.
7. Tickets and Events
Ticket purchases, stadium entry and attendance at CPL events may be subject to separate ticketing and venue terms. Where a third-party ticketing operator is used, its applicable terms may also apply. Match dates, venues and kick-off times may be changed, postponed or cancelled for sporting, safety, operational, regulatory, governmental, weather or other legitimate reasons. Any refund, cancellation, exchange or postponement rights will be governed by the applicable ticket terms and mandatory Cambodian law. No provision of these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may contain links, integrations, embedded content or references to CPL+, clubs, social-media platforms, ticketing systems, payment providers, broadcasters, video platforms, mapping services and other third parties. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. CPL does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party services, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in Website Content are owned by, licensed to or otherwise lawfully controlled by CPL or the applicable rights holder, unless expressly stated otherwise. This includes CPL names, logos, trademarks, photographs, articles, videos, audiovisual works, graphics, databases, statistics, software and Website design. You must not use CPL marks in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or partnership. Any commercial or promotional use requires prior written authorization where required.
12. Copyright and Rights-Infringing Material
CPL respects third-party rights. A rights-holder may report suspected infringement to CPL by providing sufficient information to identify the protected right and material, evidence of ownership or authority, the location of the material, contact details and the nature of the complaint. CPL may investigate and, where appropriate or legally required, remove, restrict or disable access to material. This process does not limit any remedy available under Cambodian law.
13. User Submissions
Where CPL expressly permits users to submit comments, photographs, videos, feedback or other material, the submitting user remains responsible for the submission and represents that it is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. To the extent necessary to administer the activity for which the submission was provided, the user grants CPL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display and communicate the submission. CPL may remove submissions that are unlawful, infringing, abusive or inconsistent with the relevant activity terms. Where a broader license is required for a particular campaign, CPL should obtain that license through the campaign-specific terms or consent notice.
14. Privacy
CPL processes personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Specific forms, competitions, ticketing activities, newsletters or other services may provide additional privacy notices at the point of collection.
15. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for necessary functionality, security, preferences, analytics, performance and other disclosed purposes. Third-party services may independently use such technologies. CPL's Cookie Policy will describe the technologies actually deployed on the Website. 20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or purely economic loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website. This limitation does not apply to the extent prohibited by law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.
21. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you shall indemnify CPL and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors and licensors against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising directly from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Website or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by CPL's own unlawful act, negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in this clause requires an indemnity prohibited by applicable law.
22. Suspension or Termination
CPL may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, CPL, Website systems or third parties, or where required by law or a competent authority. Where reasonably practicable, CPL may provide notice. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, liability, dispute and governing-law provisions, shall survive.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Subject to mandatory consumer or statutory jurisdictional rights, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website shall be submitted to the competent courts or authorities of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
26. Severability
If any provision is held unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
27. No Waiver
A failure or delay by CPL to exercise a right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
28. Entire Agreement and Service-Specific Terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any terms expressly incorporated by reference form the general legal framework for Website use. Specific services, ticket purchases, promotions, competitions or CPL+ services may be governed by additional terms. If specific terms conflict with these general Website Terms, the specific terms govern the relevant service to the extent of the conflict, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
