Decision on the Conduct of MOI Kompong Dewa FC
Based on Article 39 of the Disciplinary and Ethics Code of the Football Federation of Cambodia, and Articles 14.3 and 16.3.3 of the Cambodian Premier League 2025/26 Regulations regarding the maximum number of foreign players permitted on the field, the Committee has reviewed the match between Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng FC and MOI Kompong Dewa FC.
After due consideration, the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee has decided that MOI Kompong Dewa FC is sanctioned for violating the relevant regulations. As a result, MOI Kompong Dewa FC shall forfeit the match, which is recorded as a 3–0 victory in favor of Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng FC.
