ខេមបូឌានលីគអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ យុគថ្មីនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍយុវជន
ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ នឹងបង្កើតការប្រកួតថ្មីមួយឈ្មោះថា ការប្រកួតលីគអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ (Cambodian Development League)។ ការប្រកួត ខេមបូឌានលីគអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥/២៦ នេះ នឹងមានរយៈពេល ៨ខែ ពោលគឺចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ បើយោងតាម សេចក្ដីសម្រេចចុងក្រោយរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការរៀបចំការប្រកួត មានក្លឹបចំនួន៦ នឹងចូលរួមការប្រកួតរដូវកាល ២០២៥/២៦ រួមមាន៖ អាយ អេស អាយ ដង្កោសែនជ័យ, កណ្ដាល យូណាយធីត, ឡាយអ៊ិនឃីង, អឹម អូ អាយ កំពង់ដេវ៉ា, ភ្នំពេញក្រោន, និង វិសាខា។
គោលបំណងនៃការបង្កើត ការប្រកួតលីគអភិវឌ្ឍន៍
បើតាមគណៈកម្មាធិការរៀបចំការប្រកួត ឱ្យដឹងថា គោលបំណងនៃការរៀបចំការប្រកួត ខេមបូឌានលីគអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ មានបួនចំណុចធំៗគឺ៖
១. ផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់កីឡាករដែលមិនសូវទទួលបានឱកាសលេងនៅក្នុងការប្រកួតជម្រើសជើងឯក ខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ ( CPL ) និងកីឡាករអាយុក្រោម២២ឆ្នាំ ឲ្យមានឱកាសបង្ហាញសមត្ថភាពនៅលើទីលាន។ ២. ផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់កីឡាករ ខេមបូឌានលីគ យុវជនអាយុក្រោម ១៨ ឆ្នាំ ទទួលបានឱកាសបង្ហាញសមត្ថភាព ក្នុងការប្រកួតប្រជែងជាមួយក្រុមឈុតធំ ដើម្បីពង្រឹង និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍បច្ចេកទេសបន្ថែម។ ៣. រៀបចំឡើងដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់លើកីឡាករអាយុក្រោម ២២ឆ្នាំ ជំរុញបង្កើនឱ្យមានការប្រកួតប្រជែងកាន់តែខ្លាំង ដើម្បីត្រៀមលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិសម្រាប់ចូលរួមការប្រកួត Sea Games។ ៤. អភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាពរបស់មន្រ្តីដឹកនាំការប្រកួត ដោយផ្តល់ឱកាសច្រើនក្នុងការបំពេញភារកិច្ចនានា។
សម្រាប់ប្រព័ន្ធប្រកួត គឺធ្វើតាមរូបមន្តលីគ ២ជុំ ដោយធ្វើការប្រកួតទៅមក ម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ និងភ្ញៀវ (Home & Away) ។ ចំណែកការផ្ដល់ពិន្ទុគឺ ក្រុមឈ្នះ ទទួលបាន ៣ ពិន្ទុ, ក្រុមស្មើទទួលបាន ១ ពិន្ទុ និងក្រុមចាញ់ ទទួលបាន ០ ពិន្ទុ ។ ចំពោះ ក្រុមដែលមានពិន្ទុខ្ពស់ជាងគេ ត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកជាក្រុមជាប់លំដាប់លេខ១។
ការកំណត់ចំណាត់ថ្នាក់
ក្នុងករណីពិន្ទុស្មើគ្នា ការកំណត់ចំណាត់ថ្នាក់នឹងត្រូវអនុវត្តតាមនីតិវិធីដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១. ពិន្ទុសរុប របស់ក្រុមពាក់ព័ន្ធ (Head to Head), ២. ផលសងគ្រាប់បាល់សរុបរវាងក្រុមពាក់ព័ន្ធ (Head to Head) ៣. គ្រាប់បាល់ទាត់ចូលទីសរុបរវាងក្រុមពាក់ព័ន្ធ (Head to Head), ៤. ផលសងគ្រាប់បាល់សរុប, ៥. គ្រាប់បាល់ទាត់ចូលទីសរុប
៦. ការទាត់បាល់ ១១ ម៉ែត្រ (ប្រសិនបើពាក់ព័ន្ធតែពីរក្រុម ហើយកំពុងប្រកួនៅលើទីលាន), ៧. ពិន្ទុ Fair Play ល្អជាងគេ (Head to Head) (កាតលឿង និងកាតក្រហម), ៨.ពិន្ទុ Fair Play សរុបល្អជាងគេ គិតចំនួនកាតលឿង និងកាតក្រហមពីការប្រកួតទាំងអស់ , ៩. ចាប់ឆ្នោតកំណត់យកក្រុមឈ្នះ (រៀបចំដោយ CPL), ១០. គ្មានការគិតគ្រាប់បាល់ទ្វេដង (Away Goal Rule) ក្នុងការប្រកួតក្រៅផ្ទះឡើយ។

Unveiling a New Era: The Cambodian Development League – The Future of Football Talent
The Cambodian Premier League has a new competition called the Cambodian Development League(CDL), which will run from September 14, 2025, to February 23, 2026. The 2025/26 CDL season, six clubs will take part: ISI Dangkor Senchey, Kandal United, Lion King, MOI Kompong Dewa, Phnom Penh Crown, and Visakha.
Purpose of the Cambodian Development League
The organising committee, the league is created with four main purposes:
1. Opportunities for young players – Give playing time to footballers under 22 years old and those who rarely play in the Cambodian Premier League (CPL).
2. Developing U18 players – Allow players under 18 to compete against senior teams, helping them strengthen their skills and gain experience.
3. Preparing for the SEA Games – Focusing on U22 players, the competition builds stronger talent for Cambodia’s future national team.
4. Training match officials – Give referees and other officials more opportunities to gain experience and improve their abilities.
Competition Format
The tournament follows a two-round league system (home and away). Teams earn:
1. 3 points for a win
2. 1 point for a draw
3. 0 points for a loss
The team with the most points will be crowned champion.
Ranking Rules
If teams are tied on points, rankings will be decided by:
1. Points Head-to-Head
2. Goal difference Head-to-Head
3. Goal for Head-to-Head
4. Superior Goal Difference from all the matches played
5. Higher Goals Scored from all the matches played
6. Penalty shoot-out if the teams are on the pitch
7. Fair play points Head-to-Head (Yellow Card & Red Card)
8. Fair Play Points. The lowest points in total of yellow and red cards from all team matches.
9. Draw to Win by CPL.
10. No away-goal rule will apply
