ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពី បទប្បញ្ញត្តិកីឡាបាល់ទាត់
ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពី បទប្បញ្ញត្តិកីឡាបាល់ទាត់ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី0៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ នៅសណ្ឋាគារហ្វ៊ែរហ្វៀល, រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានវត្តមានលោក KOO JA HYEON នាយកគ្រប់គ្រង់ទូទៅរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ, មន្ត្រីរបស់សហព័ន្ធកីឡាបាល់ទាត់កម្ពុជា៤នាក់ និង សមាជិក២១នាក់ផ្សេងទៀតដែលមកពី ១១ក្លិប នៃលីគកំពូលកម្ពុជា ។
លោក KOO JA HYEON បាននិយាយថា ៖« តាមរយៈសិក្ខាសាលានេះ ខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមថាអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់បានរៀនសូត្រនិងយកចំណេះដឹងដែលទទួលបាន ទៅអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យកីឡាបាល់ទាត់របស់កម្ពុជា ឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនបន្ថែមមួយកម្រិតទៀត»។
សិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពីបទបញ្បត្តិកីឡាបាល់ទាត់នេះ មានលោក James Kitching ទីប្រឹក្សាបទប្បញ្ញត្តិកីឡាបាល់ទាត់ ជាអ្នកធ្វើបទបង្ហាញលើប្រធានបទសំខាន់ៗដូចជា ការគ្រប់គ្រងកីឡាបាល់ទាត់អន្តរជាតិ, ប្រព័ន្ធនៃការផ្ទេរកីឡាករ, កិច្ចសន្យាក្នុងការផ្ទេរកីឡាករ និងគ្រូបង្គោល ។ 
លោក លោក ហ៊ឹម ខេមរា អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃក្លិបបាល់ទាត់គិរីវង្សសុខសែនជ័យ និងជាសិក្ខាកាមម្នាក់ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកចូលរួមផ្សេងទៀត ។ លោក ខេមរា ចាប់អារម្មណ៍លើប្រធានបទកិច្ចសន្យាក្នុងកីឡាបាល់ទាត់ជាងគេ ក្នុងចំណោមប្រធានបទទាំងអស់ ។ ព្រោះលោក ខេមរា យល់ឃើញថា កំឡុងពេលធ្វើការកន្លងមក លោក ខេមរា តែងតែជួបបញ្ហាទៅលើកុងត្រាឬកិច្ចសន្យា ប៉ុន្តែបន្ទាប់ពីលោកបានចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលានេះរួចហើយ លោកបានស្វែងយល់ច្រើន ហើយលោក ខេមរា ក៏សង្ឃឹមថានៅថ្ងៃខាងមុខបញ្ហាពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងកុងត្រាកីឡាករឬក៏គ្រូបង្គោលត្រូវបានកាត់បន្ថយ ។
ដោយឡែក លោក James Kitching បានយល់ឃើញថាវិស័យកីឡាបាល់ទាត់របស់កម្ពុជាស្ថិត នៅកម្រិតមួយឈានទៅរកការអភិវឌ្ឍ ។ លោក James បានបន្តទៀតថា ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ ក៏ជាចំណែកមួយ ជួយអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យកីឡាបាល់ទាត់កម្ពុជាឱ្យមានកម្រិតស្ដង់ដា និងផ្ដល់ឱកាសឱ្យវិស័យកីឡាបាល់ទាត់របស់កម្ពុជា អាចប្រកួតប្រជែងជាមួយក្លិបនិងលីគក្នុងតំបន់បានផងដែរ ។
គួររំលឹកផងដែរថា នេះមិនមែនជាលើកទីមួយទេ ដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគបានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលា ក្នុងគោលបំណងចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ វិស័យបាល់ទាត់នៅកម្ពុជា ។ ពោលគឺកាល ពីថ្ងៃទី២០ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ សមាជិករបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរបស់ក្លឹបទាំង ១១ បានធ្វើដំណើរទៅកាន់ប្រទេសថៃ ដើម្បីជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងក្លិប BG Pathum United ។ និងបានចុះពិនិត្យការគ្រប់គ្រងកីឡដ្ឋាន BG Stadium និង BGPU Training Center ។ ដើម្បីបំផុស និងលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍ ក្លិបបាល់ទាត់អាជីពរវាងក្លិបបាល់ទាត់ BG Pathum United របស់សមាគមបាល់ទាត់នៃប្រទេសថៃ និង ក្រុមហ៊ុនខេមបូឌានព្រីមៀរលីគ របស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា៕

Cambodian Premier League organizes a workshop on football regulatory
The Cambodian Premier League organized a workshop on football regulatory on March 3, 2025, at the Fairfield Hotel, Phnom Penh. The workshop was attended by Mr. KOO JA HYEON, General Manager of the Cambodian Premier League, four officials from the Football Federation of Cambodia (FFC), and 21 other members from 11 clubs in the Cambodian Premier League.
The seminar on football regulatory featured James Kitching, Football Law Supervisor, that presented key topics such as international football governance, football transfer system, and football contracts of players and coaches.
“Through this workshop, I hope that all participants have learned and gained knowledge to develop Cambodia's football sector to a further level”, KOO JA HYEON said.
Khemra Him, Deputy Secretary General of Kirivong Sok Sen Chey Football Club, was most interested in the topic of contracts in football. Because throughout his work so far, he often encountered problems with contracts or agreements, but after attending this workshop he learned a lot and he hopes that in the future, problems related to player or coach contracts will be reduced.
James Kitching said that Cambodia's football sector is at a stage of development. James continued that the Cambodian Premier League is also a part of helping to develop the Cambodian football sector to a standard level and providing opportunities for the Cambodian football sector to compete with regional clubs and leagues.
Cambodian Premier League has organized workshops that aiming to develop football sector in Cambodia. On December 20, 2024, members of the Cambodian Premier League and the leaders of the 11 clubs traveled to Thailand to meet and discuss with the management of BG Pathum United and inspected the management of BG Stadium and BGPU training center to inspire and encourage cooperation in the development of professional football clubs between BG Pathum United Football Club of the Football Association of Thailand and the Cambodian Premier League.
